Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags.
- Once approved, you will receive a store credit valid for your next purchase.
Note: We do not offer refunds.
Store Credit Only
- All eligible returns will be processed as store credit only.
- Store credit will be sent via email after your return is received and inspected.
- Credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale/discounted items
- Worn or washed products
- Custom orders
Return Process
- Email us at storeqesh@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond with instructions.
- Ship the item back to our return address.
- After quality check, we’ll issue your store credit.
Shipment Cost
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility
- We do not offer reverse pickups at the moment
- You can use any reliable courier to send the item back to us
- Shipping cost is non-refundable
